    Arise subsidiary Pohjan Voima divests 125 MW battery project

    Arise AB (publ) ("Arise") has, through its Finnish subsidiary Pohjan Voima Oy, entered into an agreement to divest the Keminmaa ready-to-build battery project. The purchaser of the asset is Luxcara, a Hamburg-based independent asset manager focused on energy transition infrastructure investments across Europe. Keminmaa, located in southern Lapland, is expected to be among Finland’s largest battery assets once constructed, with a capacity of 125 MW.     Arise acquires wind farm in SE2

    Arise AB (publ) (”Arise”) has entered into an agreement for the acquisition of a 10 MW wind farm. Closing occurred today. The transaction covers all the shares in the project SPV at a price of approximately EUR 1.2 million. The project, located in SE2, was commissioned in 2009. The project is expected to add approximately 22 GWh per year to Arise’s own production.     Arise receives second part of purchase price for the battery project Pajkölen

    According to the press release as of September 19, 2024, the purchase price for the Pajkölen battery project is payable partly upon closing and partly upon completion of the grid connection. The grid owner, Ellevio, has now completed the necessary work to allow the connection of the battery project, and thus the conditions for the second part of the purchase price have been fulfilled.
